A ruling could bar health care providers from prescribing the drug even in states like New Jersey where abortion is legal; Feces-stained floors and walls, broken handrails and fly infestations are among the horrors state officials found at a Cherry Hill nursing home in late 2021. A year later an aide was accused of kicking a resident who lay on the floor.
